Lumina Stage Academy, based in Flintshire, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Dance, Singing, and Drama Teachers to join our dynamic team.

Focusing on acting techniques, script work, improvisation, and character development.

Specialising in various dance styles (ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, etc.)

Teaching vocal techniques, song interpretation, and performance skills.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in your discipline (dance, singing, or drama).

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in performing arts or equivalent professional experience.

Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and young people (ages 4-17) and helping them grow their skills and confidence.

Creativity: Ability to plan engaging and interactive lessons that inspire creativity in students.

Team Player: Someone who can work collaboratively with other teachers and contribute to a supportive and energetic environment.

Professionalism: A high level of commitment, organisation, and reliability.

Deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate classes in your specialism.
Help students prepare for end-of-term showcases and performances.
Work alongside the academy’s leadership to ensure the curriculum is of the highest quality.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters self-confidence and skill development.
Provide constructive feedback to students and liaise with parents when necessary.
