By enrolling your child at Lumina Stage Academy, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") and confirm your acceptance as an ongoing agreement between you and Lumina Stage Academy ("Agreement").

These Terms & Conditions apply for as long as the Student participates in any Lumina activities, unless written notice is given in line with these Terms & Conditions.

For term-time Courses, the balance must be paid in full by the first day of term, unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed with the Director.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card, or direct debit.
Lumina reserves the right to charge additional fees for late payments or returned cheques.
4. COURSES
Sibling discounts of up to 50% are available for siblings enrolled in the same Course, provided the Director is informed at the time of booking.
Term Dates for upcoming terms will be shared with Parents before the end of the current term.
Students are automatically re-enrolled for the next term unless written notice is provided before the sixth week of the current term.
If a Parent fails to notify Lumina of cancellation by the specified deadline, 50% of the term fees will remain payable, even if the Student does not attend.
5. TRIAL PERIODS
New Students may attend a two-session trial period within the first four weeks of term, subject to availability.
Parents can cancel the Course within five days of the trial period ending. If cancelled, any additional fees paid will be refunded.
If no cancellation is made, the Student will be enrolled for the full term, and the Agreement will automatically renew for subsequent terms.
